Vacuum Forming
Vacuum forming takes on a whole new
meaning when combined with our technical screen printing
department. After the material has been screen printed (or litho
printed), it can be formed
to make a dramatic, dimensional, visual presentation that is absent with
regular flat printing. Indiana Dimensional Products has won awards for
our creative designs and our "distortion printing"
expertise. I.D.P. has mastered this art and can create a project
for you that will be professional, stylish and unique.
Most plastics,
including ABS, vinyl, and polystyrene, can be printed and processed for
vacuum forming. Creative shapes can be
custom designed with dies made by our own design staff. Metals and
plastics can be transformed into pieces of art that can make a custom
sign or display fit any marketing or sales promotion.
The
vacuum forming of component parts can also be used in sample kits and
custom bags, and be designed to hold products or material for your sales
staff. Counter displays, back lit signs and clocks can be custom
designed to any size and shape to create an image for your company that
flat signs and banners cannot.
