Screen Printing

Screen printing is an art and Indiana Dimensional takes it to the next level.  Our screen printing has received multiple coveted "Golden Squeegee Awards" for printing excellence.  From skill and talent, our distortion printing becomes perfectly registered during vacuum forming and transforms flat artwork into an outstanding dimensional plaque, header or P-O-P piece that will enhance your brand.

I.D.P. can screen print on almost any substrate including chipboard, polystyrene, vinyl, flexible and rigid PVC, polycarbonate, PETG, acrylic or corrugated polyethylene.  Standard, ultra violet and flexible inks can be used, but it takes our experience to match ink and substrate for best results for a particular application.

Our large capacity machinery can print up to 80" x 64" and our 4 color in-line printer allows us to print 4 color process efficiently and maintain quality.  Inks are cured in our multiple 65 foot dryers or our UV dryers.  I.D.P.'s complete in-house screen printing process keeps our production standards high and our costs competitive.
